Atrium Health Ltd is a not-for-profit social enterprise providing cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services for NHS patients in Coventry. It has several fitness facilities and assessment rooms to help patients to recover and lead a healthy lifestyle. One of Atrium’s rehabilitation rooms was almost unusable as there was no light or ventilation.

The Requirements

Lavish was contracted to install four Velux windows into the flat roof, provide new roof drainage, re-plaster and re-paint the internal walls. To minimise disruption to Atrium’s services the team worked out of hours.

During the project we experienced many downpours of rain which was challenging as there was sitting water on the roof. We completed the project on time and budget. In addition, we carried out several maintenance calls outs.
